My guess would be a lot of moisturizer but even better tanning oil a little of it I'm not Latin I'm European so I'm pretty naturally tanned in the summer if i want to get shiny then that's what i would use.

There's a fine line between "shiny" and "greasy".
Any product containing mica will give your skin a sparkle.
It's in many moisturizers, talcs, body creams etc.
......i hope that's what you're asking, because I can't understand why you'd want to look greasy.

If you use mineral oils they harden your skin. I agree with you.
Try a sea salt shower scrub, makes your skin glow.
