Try tightening the screws and bolts all around the speakers and use a drop of super glue to stop them getting lose again.

depends on whats rattling. I had big stereos in my cars growing up and they all rattled. You just have to find whats rattling and basically "tighten it" so it can't move as much. Here's an example. In my old Cutlass I had to put pipe insulation all the way around the trunk weatherstrip to tighten it. That helped me alot.

Get some Dyna Mat

Whats rattling - your trunk?
Put spray foam insulation under there, or you can buy material made for just that. And push the box to the back of the trunk facing the rear seats, all the hoodlums like to bounce it out thinking it'll make the neighborhood hear it better.

If the sub speakers themselves are what's rattling and it's inside the boxes, try putting a thin layer of weather stripping between the outer edge of the subs and the speaker boxes.
