Don't try to stop it. Just go with it. Enjoy it. Adjust so you are comfortable. Just say you can't help it and say excuse me I have to make an adjustment here. I seem to have an erection so let me move it over so am comfortable. I hope it is okay with you.

It's almost impossable to do. If you're at home, grab a blanket or a pillow, or something, and casually lay it over your lap if it embarrasses you. I know from experience, it's hard to get the ole boy down when he gets aroused.

Why do you want to? If you get an erection, don't be embarrassed. It lets her know that you desire her. How else will she know? Don't be blatant about it and rub it against her. Most girls would take it as a complement.
