what does :"Te quiero, pero por qué no me puede adorar usted?" mean in english?

I love you, but, Why can't you love me (adore me) too?

The word "quiero" is also translated, as a few have done in here, as "want", but can't be use in the translation to your sentence since you are talking about a feeling as love is. So in this translation the use of the word "want" is wrong.

I like you, but because I cannot love (or adore?) you.

I think, thats my weak fluency in Spanish.

edit: Oh, yeah the guy below me is right. That sentence is awkward it kinda messed me up.

The english Translation is: "I want to you, but why cannot adore me you?"
