1) How should I say "I have invited you(usted) because..." if I talk to a female? Should it be "LA he ivitado porque..." or the pronoun has to be different?
2) What's the name of the person who comes to apply for a job in a job interview? Like an applicant in English?

1) "La he invitado a usted porque..." The word "la" means that the person is a female and the word "usted" means" that the person invited isn't a close person as a friend or a family member. If the invited person is a male then you use "lo" "Lo he invitado porque..., but this is if you are talking straight up to that person, if you are talking to someone else about that person you go, "Le invité porque..."

2) Applicant="Aplicante"

1) The first sentence is right for femenine, but sounds a little formal...if you want it less formal change the pronoun to: "te he invitado porque...", and it changes to neutral.

2) Aplicante
