Are attitudes in Sweden really as relaxed regarding sex as you hear. I'm looking for a vacation spot.?

I am 51 and single. I would like some female companionship while over there that doesn't have to involve sex, some romance would be nice however. What about Thailand and Russia?

Many years ago I was in Holland,London and Sweden.The last place really rocks.People are awesome the food is OK and the weather is decent.Russia and Thailand,I don't know about those countries.So,make some research about the last ones.Sorry.By the way,have a good trip and have good time.
