My sister never had moles before and now she has a lot of them around her neck and under her arms. Is this some sort of problem or just normal with aging. She does not go to the doctor very often.

Are they actually moles? Could they be skin tags? Skin tags stick out a bit, and may be the same color as the surrounding skin or a bit redder. Skin tags can suddenly appear in the same areas you mentioned.
To be sure, she should have a doctor look at them. Skin tags are completely harmless, but can be removed if they bother a person.

Sorry to say...it is aging. As I get older my skin is getting all these little lumps and nodules around the base of my neck, under arms and under and between my breasts....also scaly patches of skin on my legs. I guess there's not much we can do about it. I've been using good skin creams all my life and it doesnt seemed to have helped. Then again.....maybe it would have been worse if I hadn't been using creams. Who knows?!

I'm pretty sure 'moles all around neck' is not normal. Sounds like it could be alergic reaction or some other infection may be?

It means she should go to the doctor as soon as she can. It may be nothing, but better get it checked out just in case.

They are skin tags; common with middle age. Also indicative of a liver that is working hard.
They can be removed.
