try using the inserts or if your searching for a less expensive way you can use Corn starch. But really you should go see a doctor they should have some kind of medication for that. I work out a lot and hate the smell of my shoes after a week. so, I spray my shoes with fabreese then throw them in the dryer for a quick tumble. But I really do suggest that you take her to see a doctor about her problem maybe that could also help protect her job by showing that it is a aliment and not Poor Hygiene.

Wear more than one pair of shoes a day. Changes socks more than once a day and when she does not have to wear shoes she should take them off wash them, dry them well and walk around bare foot.
