I have Arthritis and Raynard's. The PN started at 'stigmata' pain in the center of my hands and feet, severe enough to wake me up in my sleep. Then I noted some strange burning stinging feeling where my shoulder blades almost hit the spine. The drug they put me on Lyrica and that seems to be helping with the symptoms. The outcome will depend on the reason behind PN as in Diabetes, Arthritis. Life still goes on and thankfully has improved since taking the Lyrica. My Do explained that PN is when the nerves 'fire' for no reason, but to a reason who knows. I am due a nerve conduct test end of this month, perhaps I will know more then.
