Have you ever seen two idiots argue endlessly about whether superman could beat up wolverine, citing comic books by number to back up their respective stances? Doesn't that remind you of two theists debating what a certain passage from a holy book mght mean?

Just to be clear here, Wolvie and Sups are fictional characters. The winner would be determined by the writer and possibly the editorial staff. By point was that its silly to argue about these things

that's just silly cause, superman would totally kick wolverines but. I love wolvie, but superman is indestructable, not even adamantium can go through superman (Superman #125). He flies is crazy fast and super strong. case closed.

If you ask me Wolverine would win. His adamantium skeleton is indestructable. In the end Wolverine would beat the life out of Superman did just like how Doomsday killed Superman.
