This will happen, The born again (saved) will be at the judgment seat of Christ and will be judged by their works and some will get rewards and some will loose rewards but hell will never be their eternity. Now all the non believers and those who are not saved by the blood of Jesus Christ will die in their sins and be judged according to them. Then they will die their second death and this is when they will be cast into the lake of fire for all eternity.

This is why it is very important to follow scripture and do what the Bible tells you, such as in John 3:3 Where Jesus says that we must be born again. These verses are very serious. Your church cannot get you to Heaven and baptism only gets you wet. Unless a person is born again, hell is their destiny. Many churches and religions try and say otherwise. Who are you going to believe and trust your soul with, the Holy Bible (KJV) 1611 (word of God) or the word of another man? Many will give me thumbs down because this is the honest truth. Religion might feel good to the flesh, but so wrong.

Here is a great website about the judgment.

There nothing like Judgement day(nobody has really experienced it to explain). If at all it is there on what basis will the punishment be given?

1) Definition of sin differs from religion to religion?
eg: pig is a taboo in ISLAM but nothing as such is said in Hindu or Muslim Religion. Same is the case with Cow(sacred for Hindus and Not for Muslims)

Also, How do you come to know abt judgement day?

I think it is certainly a waste if not punished while doing the sin.i.e., if some does a murder the murderer is doing the sin but what abt the person who is being murdered.

How many oppressors and evil people took the wealth and properties of others unjustly? How many disrespected and dishonored people? And how many spilled innocent blood? Some of these crimes were done in secret and some publicly. Then, these criminals die without having been accounted for their deeds. What is to come of them?

Isn’t it Divine justice that The Almighty gathers everyone to be accounted for their actions and their intentions? Especially since many lived their life and were never punished for their evil oppressive works. Regarding this we find in the Holy Qur’an,

“Do they think that God is unaware the deeds of those who do wrong? He but gives them respite until a Day when their eyes will stare in horror." (Qur’an 14:42)

When he says, “Their eyes will stare in horror.” This means that they won't be able to blink their eyes horrified of the terrors of the Day of Judgment. This is the day when God Almighty resurrects all dead people to call them to account for their deeds.

Many pious servants of God spent their life in obedience of God. They rejected their lusts and desires. In addition they exhausted their time and effort in performing various acts of worship. We don't know some of these righteous souls who live their life doing good works seeking the pleasure of God. They were unnoticed in this life, but it is their faith that God notices which drives them. And indeed they will receive a great recognition in the Hereafter.

A lot of people spent their life committing sins and following their desires. They showed no submission to their creator who gave them their life and sustenance. Then they lived as an animal fulfilling their carnal appetite. Both of these people will inevitably die. Isn’t it Divine justice that the Day of Resurrection comes and those people are resurrected to receive their rewards if they were virtuous or to have their punishment if they were corrupt? This will happen so that it won't be that the pious deprived themselves from what the sinful enjoyed for no reward or purpose.

Confirming the divine justice in punishment or reward, God Almighty says

“(that day) Then whoever did an atom's weight of good, he will see it! And anyone who has done an atom's weight of bad, he shall see it as well." (Qur’an 99:7-8)

Everyone will be judged according to there way of life.

The dead who did not had the change to learn about God will be given a change to. (John 5:28,29 Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice 29 and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment. "

After that, all evil people will be destroyed and the earth will be turned into a paradise.

Psalms 37:29 "The righteous themselves will possess the earth, And they will reside forever upon it."

'Alameen (humankind, the Jinn, and all other living beings) are gathered upon a vast, white, featureless ground, under intense heat of the Sun overhead. They are naked, uncircumcised and crowded together to the point where some are submerged in their own sweat, as in the beginning of creation.[7] The degree to which one is submerged in sweat depends on the extent of one's piety and goodness. The faces of those who practiced good adab by following the Five Pillars of Islam in their daily lives are nadirah (shining and radiant). On the other hand, the faces of disbelievers are basirah (dark, sad and frowning).[8] Despite being unclothed the anxiety and fear of the situation is so great that no one thinks to look at another's nudity. The creatures thus wait to be brought before God for their judgment. Humans are so fearful on this "day" that the prophets themselves repeatedly address God with the phrase sallim, sallim, or spare, spare — that is, "spare your followers, O God." Followers of Muhammad during his lifetime who strayed from Islam after his passing, Apostates of Islam, are engulfed in fire.[9] Angels are fearful as some hadiths state that on this day God is angrier than ever before or after.

The Qur'an mentions the duration of the Qiyamah as 50,000 years.[10] Maulana Muhammad Ali interprets this ayat as, "...A day of the spiritual advancement of man is spoken of as being equal to fifty thousand years to show immense vastness of that advancement. Or, the day of fifty thousand years may be the day of final triumph of Truth in the world, from the time when revelation was first granted to man."

we will be judged as God sees fit and according to his Holy Word the Bible.
For Christians they have already been, judged, convicted, and punished on the cross at Calvary. Their sins have been paid for by the blood of Jesus Christ, so there will be no further judgment for them.
The non Christians will be judged and pay for their own sins and sent to the lake of fire.

It all depends what 'us' is.

The us'ns that are written in the book of Life are saved and we will have our works tried in the fire.

Those us'ns that are not found in the Book of Life are not going to make it, they will be cast into the Lake of Fire.

ON the day of judgement, there are two kinds/classes of people that will come forward......

Those who are raised to life and others to everlasting contempt......

Let there be no distintion in the fact that all will lbe raised.....

There will be two books open..... a personal account of one's actions, reactions, knowledge an undederstanding of the world around them and what is hidden within...... and the other is known by name called the "Book of Life".........

The one book that is plural, "books were opened" is the account of man's individual life... and is not named in this Scripture because it refers to all men who have ever lived... this is one man's account.... it is written a day at a time about what we are doing with our allotted time while here in this world....... The knowledge of it is in dreams.....

They tell on us...... It is the hidden account which no man knows save the Lord and the man who lives it.......

But every night in slumber, is that account told....... I tell you the truth....... While it is written, "Do not let the sun go down on your anger"..... it is to keep the evil of your actions out of the writing of that page...... There the Lord reads your account...... Be careful of what is written thereon..... There is no man who shall claim to get away with murder.... it is here that it is written.... and judgement is true.... for the account is in the man's own words about what he knows to be true........

Nor can he say, "I did not!".... because he is the one who lived it... His spirit counts it by experience...... and if he chooses to represent himself, he has a fool for a client.... and shall perish by means of the lake of fire (volcanic river)........

The second death is what we strive to stay away from.... We die once..... but the spirit dies secondly........ There is no life after the spirit is perished....... Only God can destroy a spirit....

After judgement comes the cleansing of the spirit "all eyes wiped"...... Then comes work.... we have to clean up the mess we've made out of this place....... then comes the new heaven and new earth!!!.......

Let it be known, that the only one's among us that wont be judged are those who are resurrected first..... because they went through some very stringent means of life... they were persecuted to death in Christ for their testimony.... They are absolute martyrs in the faith!!! They will have automatic resurrection to life by having proved themselves through persecution......
