First and most important : There is no easy and quick solution. There is no tablet, no mantra, no psychotherapy which can cure this problem.
What is causing your mind to go unbalanced, torchered or harrased ? You need to insulate yourself against the external messages which is causing the turbulance. This is an opportunity for yoru to practice this yoga.

the easiest thing you can do is to stop identifying with the thoughts that are coming and do something else that is pleasant, YES this is difficult but think for one second will thinking about those thoughts benefit you. NO!
The other way DIFFICULT way is to analyse each thought , this is also a type of meditation, The only rule is that you should not let go until you get the solution for the thought. The advantage is that you are now occupied with only one trouble ---less tortured , harassed ???

The harassment is done usually by person from whome you have some expectations , if you thinks like this that who is he to decide about me because its your life at least you want to spend it so forget him and his deeds ignore his acts and torches ( if you are bold enough you oppose the torch then and there you will be at a stable mind state and will be a strong person and keep your self in cheers and surrounded

First of all I'll offer my namaaz & ask Allah to help me. Next I'll go to a doctor of my confidence & seek his treatment & advice. I'll strictly follow that. After that I'll change my lifestyle after analysing what went wrong & whatever negative points exist I'll try to eliminate at the earliest. In spare time I'll go to some far off places for sight seeing for a change. I'll try by level best to avoide the causes of those problems. I'll not give any second chance to anybody for the same problem. I'll change my interests & hobbies too. I'll read good literaures which give me sense of peace. I'll read the meanings of Qur-aan & sayings of Prophet Muhammed(pbuh) in details( all six big books of HADITHS) to get points how to lead best peaceful life & follow strictly. I'll take advices of my most confident best friends & well wishers & follow afterwards.

Reading is the best solution. Take an interesting book, select a nice and comfortable place, may be your bed room, relax and start reading. You can see the difference.
