Grasias - thank (you)

how do you know it's cuban? the first three words say "greetings from Barcelona" so I'd think it's from Spain!

Anyway, all I've got is "Greetings from Barcelona, thank you for (agregarne) cuban (opb)."

I don't know what the "agregarne" means, or what "opb" stands for. Agregar means "to add" or "adding." Could agregarne mean something along those lines? Can you figure out what opb stands for?
