240SX has vertically mounted lamps 300ZX have horizonally mounted with four bolts from the underside. I guess 240sx can be modified different front end sheetmetal or fiber-glass.

I'll try to help you with your first question. Nissan (Datsun) has a racing parts catalog. The last one I saw covered body parts, engine parts, trans and diff parts and some odds and ends. Your local Nissan parts department should have the book or be able to get you one. Nissan likes people who race their cars so they have some things to help. For the early Z car, a kit company had some nice "F" body mods and someone dropped in a Chevy 350 and sold kits. So I'm sure you'll find what your looking for, you just need to look. Good Luck Mark

If you are talking about the actual head light lamp, and you are talking about the first generation 300ZX (84-89) Then yes.

If you are talking about the whole assembly for those same years, then probably not. If you are talking about the 2nd generation 300ZX, it dosen't have retractable headlights.

Which lights? I've see the headlights done, but the 240 front end was modified. Will not fit directly. Go to twinturbo.net. and ask around. This is a zx forum.

not a direct replacement..240sx has a pop-up headlight and for you to drop in the 300zx headlights then you need custom works..but i'm sure it would be fun....
