What are the causes of the Foam?

A friend of mine told me a symptom while his ordinary excretion. He had a kind of foam with stool. The foam is white, spit-like , and has happened only once. He is afraid that he has a kind of parasites or worms in his intestines. Can you help in advising me what to tell him?

The way you are describing it, it sounds like mucus. While mucus can indicate a disease, if it is a one time event, it can be a reaction to a food he ate or a supplement that he took. Tell him it is nothing to worry about unless it continues. If it continues, he should see a doctor to determine if he has an intestinal infection or another disease process.
