i m 16 and my weight is 52kg.....

in order to lose wight you need to exercise and eat less, but remember to eat food that are lows in calories and carbohydrates, these can make you gain weight

(1) low intensity exercise for prolonged periods of time (i.e. long walks that are energetic but not causing you to huff and puff). aim for daily exercise like this. this is shown to be better than high intensity.

(2) ironically, mass-building exercise like weight lifting, particularly of large muscle groups like thighs and back muscles (muscles are where a lot of food energy is used). keep in mind that if you've never done this before you'll gain muscle weight as you lose fat, so don't pay too much attention to the scale.

(3) try to avoid sugar and simple carbohydrates like bread or pasta - it causes insulin insensitivity. if you eat something sweet or refined flour, then eat it with something else like protein and/or vegetables. don't just eat sweets alone.

(4) focus on vegetables and eating relatively lean meats.

(5) slowly but surely make your serving sizes get smaller. use smaller plates. most people have ginormous servings because restaurants give out a ton of food per person.

you're quite young; if you exercise and eat moderate amounts of healthy foods you will naturally decrease your weight while getting much stronger (which will keep your weight off and make it easier to lose more in the future).

Then you are probably pretty skinny already and losing weight is a bad idea. Be body proud instead of trying to hurt yourself.
