Hey there :) I'd been skinny up until I had 3 kids and now am slightly overweight. Went through a rough time for years because felt so ugly and conspicuous because of the extra weight and really thought people judged me too in a bad way.
One day while out, I saw this woman who was larger, and she
wasn't supermodel material but she held herself with confidence and appeared very attractive and boy was she swaying those hips!. Began thinking, well ,why am I beating myself up over this extra weight? And now, try to keep my chin up and think well, my curves mean now I'm not a girl anymore but feel like a sensuous woman(for all those slim ladies, you're beautiful the way you are too :) ). And for a guy, it doesn't really matter hey, and what ever a guys shape is, there's always someone out there that's going to think 'wow!' It's the same kind of thing, you have to have confidence in yourself that you're just as good as anyone else out there.

sometimes eveyrone feels like their a dissapointment to others, i went through that phase as well, sometimes the more we think we're heavy the more we seem heavier, in my experience i've proven that what you feel sometimes really does reflect the outside. just try to enjoy what you're doing, for example you can try a certain sport like badminton, find a buddy you really get a long with to be your partner, first you'll be cautious of other people watching you while you play, but try not to mind them and enjoy the game, make a conversation with your parnter to lighten things up, and im sure the next time you play, you'll startt not to notice those people who think their better, i found out that the first step to stop feeling that way is to feel good bout yourself so dont mind them, and you'll see, you'll start to get more optimistic bout eating the right stuff, doing this and that and one day you'll wake up to find that all those "extra" weight have dissapeared.

LISTEN TO ME!!!!!!!!!! THAT IS NOT THE WAY OUT!!!!! this is what i did and im still doing it. I realized i was getting fat and i knew my g/f and my friends didnt like it they were concerned for me so you want to know what i did. Every night i do sit ups push ups and i run/walk/jog it will help you loose wait. It will also help you get into shape so please do this instead of being bulemic do you know that you can die from being bulemic. Please excercise and do what i said. If you cant stop please consult a doctor. I wish you the best of luck i really do.

You shouldn't feel that way. We are all different. Im the oposite and hate being called all the skinny names. In the end you just have to except yourself, if no one else will. Its just means they have their own issues to deal with.

Oh don't be. You have to be confident in whatever that you do. If you're not, you'll be the only one who will suffer, not others. So why put yourself down. Smile.

If you are going to live your life to please people, then you will live a continuous disappointing life.
