A woman should be confident. There is absolutely nothing wrong with being confident. Be yourself, and if your boyfriend has a problem with it....then he needs to read a book and resolve his problem. A man should love you for who you are, not a meek, run all over me, poor little ol me girl. Get the picture. A woman's true beauty comes from within. Confidence, grace, respect, magnify and define you as a woman. He should appreciate that. Life is not easy, and as a father of 2 boys and 2 girls, let me tell you, I will teach them to be confident and respectful and independent. Not cocky, not obnoxious, or smarty showoff....just being them self.

A woman needs to have confidence!! It's already hard enough living in the world we live in. You get nowhere without confidence. Tell your boyfriend to stop living in ancient times, this is the new day and women are moving up in the world.

The guy is afraid of not always being top dog. It means that he may have trouble celebrating with you your accomplishments. He may subconsciously feel that any success you have will make his accomplishments seem less. If he thinks a woman is too confident, it means he lacks confidence.

It means that your boyfriend is intimidated by you and he is uncomfortable. Lose this guy-he's trouble. There is absolutely nothing wrong with being a confident woman.

It means he wants to destroy your self worth. Dump him. He has a massive ego and will eat away at your self confidence until you are a shadow. Dump him before you get more involved. He has a problem and it is not worth your time and energy to help him. Save yourself, run for the hills. If you marry him, he will beat you.

Sounds like your boyfriend has some real issues with himself. If he is having trouble accepting you because you are "too confident", then it's because he feels too "unconfident" about himself. Do you really want this guy for a boyfriend?

It is not bad to be too confident, but dont get cocky. Be confident but nice about it.

Confidence is one the traits I look for in a woman. It makes her radiant and glorious. Your boyfriend should leave you and date wallflowers. You deserve better. much better.
