Its not loose "skin". Under the skin, is still a considerable amount of fat....if it were infact all skin, it would be as thin as sheets like your eye lids. You still need to loose the fat, thats all.

You really need to be looking for a plastic surgeon now to help you to decide that but honestly my best guess would be wait a few more months until you get down to your goal weight so there is not a bunch more skin you could have had taken off but couldn't at the time and have to go through surgery again but can't have the same place done again for awhile and have to wait even longer. Plus its probally cheeper in the long run to do it all at once.

Frankly, so many people yo-yo that you should keep it off a least a year before an operation. It's kind of Freudian, isn't it, that you said you want to get to 250 instead of 150, did you notice that? Check out the National Weight Control Registry for information on keeping it off.
