My boyfriend has been acting strange lately and there are things his been doing and saying that makes me wonder. I wrote the book on cheating once apon a time and he knows it.
I feel like it's staring me in the face and i'm stupidly believing him saying his not. I need to catch him out to settle this, i'm ruining our relationship if i'm wrong. Any ideas?

Chances are, if your gut feeling tells you he is cheating he is. Don't let him know, he is reflecting clues. Clues can be when his stories don't make sense or he changes the stories around. . Pretend your are going to a baby shower or Tupperware party somewhere he can't go with you. Let him know ahead in advance a week or more, Sound excited about this party your going to and let him know it will be a long time you will be gone. So he can make plans of his own. When the day comes you pretend you going to your party but of course you don't instead you follow him. Or come home early from work. Where ever you think he might be with the other person show up unexpectedly. You will catch him if you really want to. Sometimes cheaters plan certain days of the week with the other woman such as their golf day every Saturday, but their not golfing instead those are the other woman's day off and Saturdays are the days they can meet.. You need to deal with your guilt. You may have a cheater, you may not....until you feel like you are trust worthy and he trusts you, you will always go back to thinking he is cheating.
A cheater will cheat, there is nothing you can do about it. If you use to be a cheater, and this has changed then you need to let him know what makes this relationship different and what you have done to make sure you do not cheat again. (not being around the oposite sex when you fight?)

yes if he has a cell phone look at the texts u r allowed to he should have nothing to hide from u.also u should no everyone he knows because thats what a relationship is,look in his phone see hjis call list.see if a girl keeps calling him but just take it and start looking and if he is like what r u doing and gets mad he is cheating you can find lots of things in a cell phone, also id he has myspace or the pc alo thingies ya no so u can talk to other people get his password and if he dont give it to u he is hiding something and dont trust u,.,also dont do ny thing with him if u think he is cheating and see if that changesin any which way with him

If u feel that he is cheating then he is cheating.Stop worrying about what he's doing.Stop questioning his whereabouts,b\c he knows u r suspicious,so u will never catch him.GO back 2 ur normal routine and tell him that u were feeling a little insecure, but u r fine now. He 'll be dumb enough 2 continue 2 cheat.That's when u will catch him.

Catching him cheating is not the real issue. You obviously have some serious trust issues with him right now. Do you have trust issues with yourself? Do you cheat, either him or do you cheat yourself? If you are honest with yourself and are true to yourself, then ask yourself if you genuinely feel he is true to you. It doesn't matter if he is or isn't, what matters is how you feel about it. If you feel he is cheating, even if he isn't, maybe it's better to get out of the relationship. Right now, sounds like you don't trust him. If you don't, then drop him. Don't worry whether he is cheating or not. That's not the issue.

In relationships the one who finds the gun first dies, catch my drift. The first thing you do if find the gun first and shoot that cheatin little rabbit by his cotton tail. You should slash all his tires on his car and buy him new ones catch my drift. While he is sleeping cut his hair and glue it on his legs, show him who's the real man in the trailer. but remeber to get the gun just incase that wife of his does't own a goat, the goat is like kryptonite to the gun that is when you call sam for any kind of goat bites. Women's intuition is a wonderful and powerful thing. If you suspect he is cheating, then chances are he is. If you want to save the relationship, seek counseling. Don't believe him. If he doesn't want to go to counseling, dump him no matter how bad it hurts.

I had the SAME exact thing happen !!
I was pro. and he was'nt
but karma slapped me in the face !!
you have to dig, girl.
go thro his phone, on his myspace (get the password if you can), his email.. everything
if you think he has cheated most likely you're right.

look at his computer
look at text messages on his phone
go through his dirty laundry and smell his underwear
check his credit card receipts and see what places he went without you.
That's how my mom caught dad every time.
