well for the girl who has everything try something simple. Create a scrapbook for her or get her a little book with self filled out things like "free back massage" "free dinner out for the two of us" etc a coupon book of things that are sensual that you will do for her. Sneak into her apartment or wherever she lives and smother the bed with rose petals and leave the book on the bed. Have a picture made of you to and frame it for her. Hell if your ready ask her to marry you.
Take her on a vacation etc. Think romantic not material :) good luck!

I'm a girl who has every thing, but you can never have enough stuff that comes from the heart, like a walk in the sunset on the beach and dinner and a movie.. My husband did that for me and when we were on the beach he asked me to marry him. But if you don't want to ask her to marry you then just take her to dinner and a movie. Get her the new CD she wants or the new movie that just came out that she wants... Something from the heart is always the best....

you can plan a romantic even just the two of you. Dinner with candle light, A walk under the stars, a beautiful diamond ring.If you love her maybe its time to pop the big one. that what be the only thing you can give her that she doesn't have.
