typically when you are making PROGRESS against evil... evil rises to try and stop the progress...
ever hear the saying: "it will get worse before it gets better."
we are taking power away from evil people... this power they once possessed was possessed by the fear of the people. When you have someone bigger and better come and get your back, it starts to embolden the citizens... if the citizens become embolden then the power begins to transfer. History is filled with examples of this... and the terrorists know it. They only shot they have is to try and discourage the efforts of the good with desperate measures.

Will we ever really know? It seems we finally find out long after the incidents take place because our government will not keep us truly informed. It is a ridiculous situation.

It's getting better over here. We get mortared less, less car bombs, less rockets and much less gunfire. Most of the killing going on around here is the Iraqi's killing each other.
