Citizens do do it too, your right. Clinton imported a bunch of Cubans into Miami and the crime rate went up, TB resistance, which was eradicated here went up. What plan of action would you take? In America, judges r given free will to discipline however they want within parameters established by prior cases. If they made an honest mistake or dishonest mistake...we ALL make mistakes. But if they commit a cruel and unusual sicko act what would you personally do to them? Answering "our citizens do it" is not a statement of justification. Obviously we do not have enuff crime in this country bcuz we need to pour more money into the system by working 2 or 3 more jobs because everybody runs off to Call 1-800 get lawyer. What happened to u that ur asking?

It's a lame reply, I think most people answering these questions, are ill informed, sarcstic and just want to oppose anyone else's reasoning. But I agree with you, Because many countries love to send there undesirables to other countries (Cuba was great at it in the 70s and 80s with boat loads of insane and violent criminals). it' alwys been a problem, the US did not get the cream of the crop of Immirants from the 1880s-1920s , thats when many europeans from southeren and eastern Europe immigrated, cities where choked with destitute families, and crime was rampant in most major cities, most where the poorest of the poor and uneducated, it did not strengthen this country, it set deep wounds that are worse today. in the mid twenties, we started to realize the cry from industry for cheap uneducated labor was lining the industrialist pockets, but raising hell with America as a nation. So they shut most immigration down, to a trickle, and the criteria was more stringent, you had to be viable, able and ready to work, and have basic Education, you had to read and write English etc. But know people want to open the flood gates again, and business will florish, and the country will once again suffer as a whole. It las really nothing to do with there color or ethnic background, it has to do with what they can contribute to improve the society and system, not what they can change to fit there likes and what benifits they can obtain.

Iam really sorry if that is the response you are likely to get. Its wrong of-course and let it be known to all whose who are likely to answer like that, that two "wrongs" can cannot add up to a positive result. Where as a country can contain the wrong within its bouders, its extremely bad to "import" the "wrongs".
If these people had this view for Human rights, thats fine because human beings should be given same consideration in positive matters but for crimes, "illegals" should be more careful.

No, because each and every human being in this united states of america even if US citizen through regardless of potential (born or naturalized), criminal, unlawful, extralegal, extraterrestrial, and so on. can't stay without commiting ANY crime. each and every 2d of the day, no one follows the speed reduce regulation. If we keep on with the analogy of the racists/haters that, regulation breaker = criminal, then all persons with valid motive force's license, pretend motive force's license, no motive force's license, suspended motive force's license. revoked motive force's license are all criminals because they are regulation breakers! unlawful immigration is amazingly very reminiscent of over dashing or reckless utilizing. The regulation is enforced, notwithstanding that's no longer plausible for the police to capture each and every criminal, because as he's giving a citation to a criminal, 1000's of criminals are overspeeding through. In unlawful immigration, because the border patrol is deporting a million Mexican, 1000 Mexicans are concurrently illegally crossing the border. So, that's only a vicious cycle.

I had two long speech for Jose and one other, so I'll spare you. Its acceptable to single out illegal immigrants in the area of crime for one major reason. We screen most legal immigrants in an attempt to reduce our chance of recieving criminals. We do not have the opportunity to do so, for the illegal immigrants. There are bunch of others too. I just don't want to bore you all.

I agree. That's about as stupid as people saying that illegal aliens should not be deported because they "have not committed any crimes." That's a load of BS! They because criminals when the first toe came across the boarder!

Because they want to conveniently evade the main point. Countries have enough of their own home grown criminals, they know that. They also know that they don't need to import more from other countries.
Remember when Castro emptied his prisons and insane asylums and sent them to the US. They really got suckered that time.

This has always been the lib platform... "we are just as bad if not worse than any criminal out there" It is their justification process to try and alleviate their guilt for living in the greatest nation on the planet
