I have always dyed & done alot of stuff to my hair myself, at home... I hear this product is great, but I want to make sure I do it right. I know they have "at home' treatments, but they have a less intensive concentration of the ceramides than the Pro4 treatment. & If you could explain your experiences with the product, that would be helpful as well. Thanks! :)

Honestly, the reason they have at-home treatments is because that way if you mess it up or don't have tools with professional strength, then you don't suffer as much. I would get the professional treatment done at a salon. That's just me though.

The box gives instructions. I'd say don't try the professional stuff like hair color or whatnot but this is a leave in conditioner. It's not going to eat your hair. Just apply the tip to the little glass bottle, start at the damaged sections and work it though your hair. You squeeze the tip that you put on the bottle to get it out. Leave on for about 10 minutes. Rinse out. Use after shampooing but before conditioner. It smells yummy I think. I have it in my hair right now. I don't know if you can get it without a license.

There's not enough room. Don't mess around with this if you don't know what you're doing.
