I guess there's the train bathroom, just like you have the plane bathroom, but the trip would have to be fairly long, with limited stops. Also, the train can bounce and lean on the tracks, which can things awkward.
Finally, in my experience, train bathrooms have a godawful stench, because they're not always drained and cleaned in-between runs. The train company usually waits until the line is out of service to do that. Therefore, just using the bathroom for its intended purpose is an unpleasant chore--anything extra is a lot to ask.
I'd like to see someone get it on in an NYC subway car, in the motorman's closet--but they're always locked when not in use. Oh well.

Whatever it is I am a member. In Europe there are LOTS of trains traveling at all hours, and they used to have compartments with curtains. Its a lot easier do anything on a train than an airplane, as its hard to sneak in a plane when there is always a line to the bathroom and its full of surly stewardesses

I have to agree with HOGHEAD on this one. Depending on how long the train is, and who the chief engineer is, it very well could be the mile long club. ALL ABOARRRRRRRRRRD!!

the train travel equivalent to the mile high club is the Amtrak Guest Rewards program. They have a very simple point earning plan where it costs about 1000 points to redeem for a coach ticket somewhere...and you earn 2 points for each dollar you spend, and a guaranteed 100 when you buy any form of ticket, so in essence, the rewards add up quickly.
