depends on the brand, actually. I have Zapzyt and I have Walgreens Acne Medication -- they are the exact same thing. Both have Benzoyl Peroxide as the active ingredient. 10% is a good amount.

Try Tretinoin.. it's generic and it dries out the pimple overnight. =)
