I'm not sure I understand this one.. wouldn't him being a jerk justify getting over him? Unless of course you liked him being a jerk.. that's about the only thing that makes sense for you to even ask this question. Try finding out why he was a jerk in the first place.. if it was the first time.. then maybe something happened or his feelings have changed.. if he was a jerk from the first time you met him.. then you should find guys who aren't idiotic like that ;p

I find it is best to be in drive for the first time over then you can shift into reverse if you want to do it again!
seriously, make friends with his ex, powerful team!
Also remember the best revenge is a good life, take care of yourself do what you can to have fun and soon you wont remember what you ever saw in him!

Little by little you will start to think of things that you hate about him and you will forget or an easy way which I always do is start talking to another guy and next thing you know you aint gonna remember him lol
