Im lookin for a downloadable program that is FREE, SIMPLE, nothing fancy so i can crop out lets say pic of me and put on some other picture. Like microsofts it will leave the square white, and i dont want that, i just want somn plain simple and free of download, I dont want Photshop or somn too much, lesser of a value than that. Let me know names and websites

Gimpshop. Free open source, based on the Gimp (which can be confusing for some, but it's all I use for photo editing), made to be photoshop user friendly.

you cold try out GIMP its free of source forge just google it its a clone of photoshop. .. kinda or photoshop elements is a scaled down version.
