None. Zero. Squat. Zip. Zilch. Nada. A rien. Goose-eggs.
There are *no* "demons", *no* "possessions". Only Re-pos.

There are books on it. Mostly it is a rare occasion. I do believe it can happen. Some mentally ill have been thought to be possessed. Many priests don't even mess with it.
There are very few exorcist. Jesus did give us power over the demons. Faith comes from hearing and reading the Word of God. It will also teach you to put on the Armor of God.
Better to fear not having God in your life than some demon that can't hurt you. They enjoy influencing you though if you let them. Every time you drink too much alcohol or do drugs, you open yourself up to them. Every time you loose your temper you allow them in. Every time you smoke you are being influenced. Your spirit that lives within will tell you when you are doing wrong. Follow that still small voice inside.
Be one with the light, not one with the dark. You are to be the light of the world. Be it!

yes, far more people are only demon influenced but many are possessed. I used to tell my Ex he was ,probably because the man could be drunk and high as H*** all day long and keep his lies straight day to day. Don't see how any human could do that on his own I guess you would have to know how extenuating the lies were, and he never got them confused. He was an alcohol and drug addict for 20 yrs and I'm not sure he was not capable of all that on his own. I like the way it is portrayed in This Present Darkness and Piercing the Darkness by Frank Peretti. That there is a world of Angels and Demons that exists around us trying to influence us and they battle for us.

Most "demons" are are diseases of the mind or epilepsy. Once, while waiting to speak on Paganism I listened to the ladies if a congregation get all a tether because there might be an exorcism of a teenage girl of that congregation. They were all excited until the Pastor shut them down by stating the girl had epilepsy, then they deflated. They made a lousy audience because they tired themselves out hoping for the exorcism and didn't have enough left to try and figure questions to trick me.

Very few. The church estimates that only 5 out of 1000 who are thought to be possessed are actually enslaved by the deceiver. If you consider how many are thought to be so, it then becomes 0.5% of that. For one, it requires a willing capitulation of the human will to the deceiver, which means the will is very weak or easily overcome and given over to the evil one. The possibility is higher among the addicted - drugs, alcohol, lust, etc. and those who practice spirit channeling, ouija boards (willing capitulation of will to deceiving spirits promising something in return) to slide further into spiritual enslavement.

Well there are alot of fallen angels and the bible says if they want to find rest they must find it in human flesh. So alot. As far as Emily Rose, I can't say I have enough info to determine yes or no for that particular situation. The only real kicker in that movie was when she was tempted to either kill herself or stay on earth to help others. That kinda made me think she could have been because that is a huge sign of demon possesion. Suicidal thoughts, constantly. But yes I believe and have seen with my own eyes people under the influence of evil spirits.

The bible is really true about this. Lot of people are actually possessed but dont realise until they come in contact with the power of the Holy Spirit.

The devil can stay inside people as long as they want, they will exaggerate things in your mind: Anger, Lust, Hatred, Resisting the word of God.etc

They make people feel like its their own thought but its not.

I actually came in contact with a girl from an Hindu religion...and as a Christian I suspected when I mention the Name of Jesus she always feel uncomfortable and restless...

One day she called me and said she was depressed and feels like commiting suicide, I quickly recognise the situation and I started rebuking every spirit of fear, suicide, depression etc, Suddenly she started coughing and vomiting.

The next day she asked me why she was vomitting and I told her the reason why...unfortunately, she didnt believe me and I told her it was the reason Jesus christ came to the World...

I'm still Praying for her salvation. The Incident made me believe more in the power of God through Jesus. Jesus is real and the Holy spirit. And believe me hes coming soon. Are you ready?

PS Anyone that hasnt given their life to Him please do now. (Today is the day of salvation)

haha i agree with japou

Anyways there are as many possessed people as there are crazy people, because christians think everything that is crazy is because of a demon.

Think some random guy kills someone, to a smart guy hes crazy, to a Christian they were possessed by a demon

"and im not talking about only christians their just the only type that i've seen like this"

There are many demon possessed people in the world today. Maybe not as you see on the movies but the bible tells us that we battle not against flesh and blood but against principalities and every high thing which exalts itself against the power of God. So people around you who kill, and do the devils work are influenced by the devil and do his work.

There are plenty of religions (actually, almost all of them) who believe in demons. Why do people always talk about Christians? Because there are so many of them?

Also, who's to say that demons don't exist? Why should we believe that our little brains have all that power but there are no other forces with power?

I'm not saying I believe in it, because really, I don't know. But really, people should stop acting like Christians are so narrow-minded because many non-Christian/ non-religious people who don't believe in anything seem even more close-minded.
