Using IE v7, why does it close sometimes when I open a third tab or more?

And is there a way I can prevent it from closing when I open extra tabs?

it does this because it was made by microsoft. Would suggest switching to firefox.

maybe your IE have bug try submit your report to microsoft

you might have a virus or your PC is too slow.
use AVG antivirus free or upgrade your computer.
AVG can be found at http://free.grisoft.com.
I can open 8+ tabs.

Add more RAM.
