I'm looking for a way to decrease the thickness and quantity of hair with out using lazer hair removal. Do not tell me to shave. I'm not asking how to get rid of the hair, I'm asking how to inhibit it's growth. Thanks!

Have you tried Kesavardhini hair oil. You have to mix it with four parts of coconut oil and use it for massaging daily. my friend had good hair growth ,when she has lost hair after an illness. Look after your health also take multi vitamins.In a month or two your hair problem will come down and will start growing

Move to a cold climate. Heat stimulates hair growth. -Otherwise, you're out of luck. :)
