As far as golf goes, PEI has some of the best courses in Canada. PEI being such as small island, you could say that the scenery is worth taking in anywhere on the island.
Other than golf, there is Cavandish beach, the bridge to New-Brunswick is worth traveling on.
Seafood and Ann of Green Gables of course.

Go swimming. Go shopping. Eat Cows Ice Cream.
My favorite beach is Panmure Island. Its pretty beautiful up there on the east side.

Other than what Camille... and main_sis... tell you you can also eat lots of yummy lobster and snow crab. Unfortunately the wine selection in most places sucks, if it exists at all.
