I think so Grace..I honestly think satan is making sure that christians cannot get together and discuss God in any way at all..he sends the non believers etc to come in and cause chaos and confusion with questions that are just weird or a mockery or abuse etc...the only way we can continue would be to saturate this place with so many real christian questions and answers..and vote with the thumbs down to those who have only come to trash things. It has been happening a lot in the christian chat rooms, however, they damaged some rooms and left after causing christian to turn against christian. The ignore button worked well on them also..when noone gave them an audience. If any non believer is truly seeking we will know. Non believers can go anywhere and almost everywhere and talk..but satan sends them here..

The thing is you are going to have a mix of people in any 'community' That means you'll get all sorts from kids who are bored (they're the worst for asking 'dumb' questions) to lonely housewives, to people getting a rest from a busy life and so on! My point is people come on here for a variety of reasons and it is easy enough to pass over questions and answers that don't appeal. There really isn't any point getting worked up about it!

My humble opinion is the people who come and post what I think are idiotic questions, others get enjoyment out of them. Alot of christians repeat their answers about love god etc etc, I dont agree but its their personal opinion. I suggest if you think a question is a waste of time, just ignore it, there's no need to get mad. Just select which questions you want to answer. I ignore certain people who repeatedly ask poor questions and those who think they are constantly right and usually arrive in answers en masse, sometimes they even grovel to their more active spokespeople. Good luck.

Please don’t make the mistake of extrapolating the behaviors in this Forum by some persons as representative of the populations of believers or non-believers. What you observe herein is a social aberration of the real populations of these groups. It is both interesting yet sad to see how some will behave when hiding behind the anonymity of the computer.

Why persons think that the anonymity of this Forum grants them a license to ignore common social graces bewilders me. I suspect that these persons would be truly ashamed if their parents, husband, wife, children, etc., learned of some of the things they write herein. Clearly they do their loved ones a disservice and dishonor them with such behavior.

Well I've noticed when ever I post a question, I do get some idiotic responses, but for the most part, I get a lot of good advice and people who actually care as well. You gotta take the good, ignore the bad!

Actually I haven't been showing up lately because I just got Hearts Of Iron II. Great game. Somehow conquering the world is just more appealing to me lately than Y!A.

As soon as I get nukes I'm going to nuke Mecca. LOL

I have left Y!A for weeks at a time and do not miss it because of this fact. But for some reason I come back and try to make a difference then I get burned out because I am not making a difference because people are taking me seriously or taking themselves seriously.
