Eat healthier-more and smaller meals so you have strength and energy. Stay hydrated-drink a ton of water every day. Keep up with the exercise, but don't overdo it. Talk to your doctor, especially if you can't lose any more weight or gain a bunch, and you could try another regimen. I know I've had different results with different pills.
Keep it up and good luck. It'll probably get better with time.

then don't stop the pills! obviously if you're not seeing results you're not doing anything right. you're not supposed to starve yourself...that slows your metabolism! you should be getting at least 1200 cal a day to prevent this from happening. try eating small meals six times a day (every 2-3 hours) instead of the 3 square meals. this will keep your blood sugar level stable so that your body never goes into starvation mode (which happens if you don't eat in 3 hours.) also go to the grocery store and pick up an issue of shape magazine or fitness magazine and flip through it to make sure it has a weight lifting routine in it. follow that making sure you use enough weight to fatigue your muscles and increase the weight when it gets too easy for them. continue doing your cardio and drink LOTS OF WATER! what you should be eating is healthy fats, lean proteins, LOTS OF FRUITS AND VEGGIES, as well as whole grain carbs. the idea is that you want to eat enough to fuel the muscle your body is building from the weight lifting because the more muscle you have the more calories/fat you burn just doing nothing! remember, proper nutrition is 80% of the battle for a better body so if you aren't clear on that, i suggest you pick up a book like 'the abs diet' or 'eating clean.' or somekind of healthy eating cookbook.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.
