im a male with the slim body but im having the belly and fat around the hips and i have no time for exercise so please guide me to reduce the belly.

we cant choose which body part to lose the weight off - it has to be overall weight loss. its very typical for men's bodies to keep fat reserves on belly.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

I know that you have no time for going to the gym but as "I told you before" there is only a couple of things that you can do under your desk or sitting in the car while you are driving ....... I'll tell you again :

Sitting behind your desk:
Lean back in your chair, straighten your legs and take them about 6" above the floor pull yourself forward ... now feel your abs and stomach ... see how tight they are getting..... keep it up during the day whenever you feel the urge.

Sitting in the car:
Push your butt down and up .... this works your lower stomach .... hold for ten seconds and release. Do this even when you are standing up.

Actually you can do these exercises wherever you are.

Yep ... women also get those "love handles" that you are talking about.

you have to do exersises,you should not say iam not having time to do exersises. if you are fasting first the fat will be reduced only in your face,leg,hand. then only the fat in your belly will be reduced. so get up early in the morning and do exersises. lift your head and leg at a time .do it 20 to30 times,and then increase the number.

there are simple exercise which u can do while sleeping.
1)lay on bed raise ur legs and hold for few minutes.repeat six times daily.
2) lie on ground raise ur leg and rotate clock wise and anti clock wise at least 10 times daily.
3) reduce fat intake.
and u will see changes.

Diet! Cut back on the size of your portions, but make sure you eat 3 or 4 small (but not too small) meals a day. Drink either water or tea with your meals. And cut back on beer, I know it's tempting.

Also, sleep helps, so make sure you're rested everyday.

If anything, do crunches before you take your daily shower. (hopefully, you take a daily shower.)

Have a good diet. Do it the healthy way, or you can ask your wife or gf to massage the spare tyre of yours.

Eat less. Don't eat before you get hungry. Follow a strick rutin time to eat.

stop eating sugar and simple carbs. replace with complex carbs. increase your protein intake
