Please give me some tips, ideas, or wed site on loseing weight fast... I want to know if there is a very good crash diet out there where i could lose weight fast at lease 50+lbs by june. Help summer tiem is coming i watn to look good. i weight 200 i want to go down to 150. Tell me what worked for u. Please help me...

crash diets....all you lose is water weight and muscle and also dramatically slow down your metabolism which will make fat loss in the future SOOO much harder. plus you will gain more than lost back as soon as start eating normal.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

If you do find a crash diet, all the weight will come back eventually because it is not long term.

To control your eating forever: take 2 tbls. of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before a meal. Vinegar has 93 vitamins and minerals. The body will get all the nutrients it needs and you will definitely not be hungry. Take your time. Weight should come off gradually. You do not want to become sick. Vinegar makes hair and nails strong and long too.

Crash dieting is very unhealthy. Honestly, people who fast or eat tiny, tiny amounts or skip meals, usually don't lose weight very fast. As crazy as it sounds, you have to eat to lose weight. My suggestion would be a protein shakes for breakfast with a cup of cheerios (they make so many types, you'll find one you like), an apple or pear for a snack inbetween breakfast and lunch, for lunch you can have any kind of boiled, baked or broiled meat, as long as the piece of meat is no larger than a deck of cards. With it, you could have a half cup of cottage cheese, an apple, maybe some yogurt. At least twice a week, try to eat fish, even if it's tuna mixed with an egg, maybe onions and a tblp of light salad dressing. Try to make you lunch larger than your dinner. For dinner, you can basically eat the same thing as with lunch, but if you like salads, the evening meal would be the one to eat that. When I say salad, I don't mean every vegetable under the sun mixed with cheese and tons of dressing. I'm talking like lettuce, a few grape tomatoes, onion, broccolli, cauliflower, etc. Some light dressing (recommended amount) would finish it off and if you get hungry for snackies late that night, try those freezy pops they sell everywhere. The ones that come in liquid form in different flavors and you freeze them. You could eat a few of those a night with no affect. Good luck!!

Stay away from Crash Diets, they are never good for your health. Would you rather be skinny and unhealthy, or healthy?
The only way to lose weight is to exercise and eat less calories.

I'm on the same quest. I am trying to exercise and to eat a heal tier diet. I have decided not to limit anything I want. Some days you gotta have that Krispy Cream, but I limit myself to one. I am losing, about 25 pounds so far and i have to keep reminding myself that I didn't get fat in one day so how can I expect to lose it in one day.

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge

Go for Sauna and some exercises, you have face some heavy duty times to lose that much of weight. jogging, pumping, push-up, skipping. try it all the times and hope it will solve your problems.
