You should wash your hair once a week, be sure to oil your scalp. Maybe you should use a tea tree grease for your scalp. You also need to keep your hair well moisturized. Buy some LIV. It's a little expensive, but it works well. You can also use this to oil your scalp. Buy Extra Virgin O live Oil, and rub throughout your hair at least 2 times a week. Try Garnier Fructice shampoo and conditioner. It doesn't hurt to sleep with the conditioner in your hair about once a month. This is a combination that I use on mine and my two daughters hair, and the results have been excellent. If you decide to try it, you should notice less breakage within the first few days, and with less breakage, you should see growth. Do not perm your hair too often. If you need a perm before 6=7 weeks after your last one, get your hair braided. Leave them in as long as you can and use the olive oil every day. When you take the braids out, you will see that your hair has grown. Get a relaxer, and have your ends clipped. That also promotes growth. I know my answer is rather lengthy, but if you try this, your hair will be too:)

Well i am a hair stylist and i by far am in love with Garnier Fructis. It gets inside the hair and does what you need it to do. It nourishes all of your hair not jsut parts and not just a little bit all the way. Now at http://www.garnierfructisusa.com/ they have a hair quiz you can take and that tells you what they would recommend. Now what i recommend would be the Garnier Fructis body and volume fortifying shampoo and body and volume fortifying cream conditioner. Now for styling they have videos of styling things an prducts to get so watch the videos and that shows you how to do. If you want volume i would go with Volume Inject mousse or Shake effect lique gel strong. If you need texture then I would go for Shake effect lique gel extra strong. Finish with full control aerosol hairspray ultra strong, or full control aerosol hairspray strong, or full non aerosol hairspray strong for a long lasting hold. Well good luck and i hope you get what you ned for other questions like this in my salon i give answers like this and i never come back with complaints only compliments.

Only wash it every other day so it does not get too brittle and break off. Use hot oil treatment once a month to keep your individual hairs healthy. Trimming just 1/4 in of the ends every 6 weeks will stimulate growth. Do not use too much hair product or dye, this causes chemical damage and can cause breaking and even stunt growth. Make sure to massage and gently exfoliate dirt off your scalp when you wash your hair. This will stimulate new hair growth.

I am a stylist and I have helped several clients grow their hair back without using weaves and wigs who have not only had slow growing hair, but who have also suffered from hair loss.

Tip # 1: I suggest you get on a long hair plan. Eat a high protein diet, drink water, and stay away from hair coloring, junk food, and chemicals. Most importantly, buy the best all-natural hair growth product you can find. The best one that I have found that works for all hair types, and on all my clients, is A Double Portion Super Hair Growth Shampoo and Conditioner. It has aloe vera, rosemary, neem, and a host of other goodies for your hair that make it grow long and fast and stay strong and healthy. Your hair will no longer break, shed or be unruly and unmanageable. It will even make your relaxers, if you relax, less frequent. Compared to other hair growth and natural products, including Nioxin, Dr. Miracles, and Wild Growth Oil, this works faster and better. Plus, it is better for your hair. You can get them both online at wwwdiscoverb4acom. These both are hair growth miracle workers and are all-natural. No damaging chemicals, hormones, or surfactants like most commercial shampoos. Just to let you know, you should stay away from these. Just because something says Dr. Miracles super hair growth oil doesn’t mean it contains things that actually stimulate hair growth. Trust me, you need to read the ingredients and not just the title of a product. For healthy hair growth to occur, avoid products that contain even the slightest amount of synthetic emulsifiers and harsh detergents, such as Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate, Phosphates, Dimethicone, and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. These products are loaded with toxins and chemicals that dry and strip your hair of everything it needs to grow. However, most of my clients that used A Double Portion had 1 to 2 inches of growth every month.

Tip # 2: Do conditioning pre-wash treatments to your hair before shampooing it. Simply whip up 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and 1 egg. Let it remain on your hair for at least an hour. It will tame and soften your hair, strengthen your roots and strands, and reduce your need for any chemicals or heat on your hair. Do this 2-3 times a week. If you have a hair bonnet dryer, sit under it for 30 minutes with this on your hair. It will tame and soften your new growth. Try this 2-3 times a week.

If you don’t buy A Double Portion Super Hair Growth Shampoo, make sure you do your pre-treatment. And don’t get your haircut, unless it is extremely damaged. If your hair is splitting just get a minor trim, all you need is ¼ inch trim.

Tip # 3: Eat a protein rich diet, full of eggs, beans, cheese, and fish. Drink plenty of water and take a multivitamin and B Complex.

Tip # 4: Lay off heat and chemicals as much as possible.

Tip # 5: Purchase a high quality plastic comb or styling tool. Do not purchase anything with ridges or grooves between each slot for combing. Feel it before you buy it.
