I was just wondering if anyone has had any notification of them receiving or not receiving the scholarship.

I haven't received any type of notification either. I have been told that winners will be notified via postal mail whereas losers will be receiving an e-mail. It was also stated that everyone would be notified this week although the site did say by today, May 2nd.
Also, this scholarship definitely isn't a scam. Discover Card has been doing this scholarship for many years now, and the winners of last year are clearly stated on Discover Card's website.

Call Discover Card and ask if they are promoting a Discover Card Tribute finalist.
It is probably a SCAM, so be careful. Never give your personal information to anyone you don't know on the phone, or in-person.
If there was a real Discover Tribute Award, it would have been advertised on Televsion, radio and the newspaper.
You would have a received a notice in your discover card billing statement.
Call Discover and ask about it.
