all up to you.

I recently offered the following challenge to a friend of mine. Rather than trying to find the perfect thing to take a picture of, go to a place and pick one thing. Then take pictures of that one thing. Do not leave that place until you have taken 30 pictures of the same thing. Use different angles, stand closer and further away. You don't even have to go anywhere. Sit at a window and take 30 pictures of views from your window.
Hokusai did a series of prints of Mt Fuji (36 Views of) in different seasons. The challenge is to look at one thing and perceive it in different ways. You will learn more by sitting with one thing than you will by taking 100 pictures of 100 different things, especially if your purpose is to learn how angles, lighting, etc. can change the overall image.

if you live by natual bodies of water that is cool, closeup of rocks or patterns in the sand. otherwise in a city great old historic buildings, and they are neat if tall and you take the photo from a view exaggerating this. I currently love taking photos of children catching the timeless expressions on their faces using different time of day lighting. And with kids you can dress them and style the hair and set them up with many props, all adding to your artistic creativity.

I always enjoyed taking candid pictures of people being people. I like doing it from a distance with a telephoto lens so they don't even know that I'm shooting them. One of my pranks that I like to pull is getting somebody forking their food in their mouths. I've gotten some great ones.
