Also, do you believe that Jesus rose alive into heaven without being crucified and that Judas Iscariot was crucified in his place?

How can you possibly believe that?

I believe that Jesus was not the son of God.
Jesus was just a mere man, a prophet, and messenger of God, but not God Himself.
And I believe that Paul was not a disciple of Jesus, so I believe that Paul was deceived. You can also compare the teachings of Paul and James and you will find some contradictions between Paul and James (the Just). I believe that James is the true disciple of Jesus, and Paul is false prophet that come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly he was a ferocious wolf.
I also believe that Jesus was not being crucified. It was other person that was being crucified, and not Jesus but Koran didn't mention who was being crucified. (Judas Iscariot was crucified just a theory, not based on Koran or Hadith)
[You can email me and I would give you a better argument]

By the way, the Basilides also believed that Jesus had not been crucified, you can check in on the net.

Yes thats what we believe about Jesus, He was the prophet of God. God, Allah does not have any daughters or sons. Jesus was a prophet whose birth was miraculous, just like the birth of Adam. His message was the same as all the other messengers, To belive and worship one true and Unique God - Allah.
We do not have a pillar of faith about Paul, no one talks about him much. If Muhammad came with the truth and informed us everything important to us about Jesus then what Paul said and, whether he was deceived or not is not important for us. And who was in place of Jesus at the cross is not mentioned in the Quran, nor did Muhammad pbuh mention his name..... so we believe its really not important for us to know who it was that was on the cross instead of Jesus. It does not matter anyways, as long as we know and believe that Jesus was not crucified.

Yes, Muslims believe that.

"How can you possibly believe that?"

Muslims believing Jesus wasn't really crucified is no more odd the Christians believing he was crucified and then popped out of the ground fully healed (and very much alive) three days later. Ironically, both Muslims and Christians believe Jesus is alive somewhere, and will return in the last days. Two paths, on destination if you ask me.

Yes it is true that Muslims believe that. They believe Jesus was only another prophet. No it is not true that Jesus ascended without being crucified and Judas was not crucified in his place, he committed suicide. Jesus would not have been able to ascend without being crucified. That was the major reason for his birth.

God has no sons, no need for a day of rest. Jesus ( peace and blessings be upon him ) is a prophet of God, a messenger, a slave of God. Its super hard to trust the Gospel, as its been the victim of corruptions, additions, deletions, mis translations, many many versions. Qur'an on the other hand, has not one letter changed ever

Don't ask any muslim,to tell you the «truth».What's that?A Holy-war maybe?I know about and i want to tell you that your question is not fair.I'm Orthodox Christian, from Greece. We have different religion, different beliefs,BUT we must «build» friendship between our countries to progress...So,your question stinks... By the way, what is written in quaran,is a story in a different view...

Yup. The Muslims are closer to the truth than the Christians, but they're still farther from the actual truth.
