I still believe in God just not the details. He couldn't rest because he was too busy sustaining what he created. I like the Native American approach; it rings a chord.

I don;t believe you have to go into a building and listen to a preacher, preist, or man of cloth read to you. I know it is his calling, and a lot of people need this. I don;t. I read my bible and i study what it says. Sometimes I like to get into a bible study group and talk back and forth. Everyone is different and we all have some different objectives, i think. As for Jesus resting on the 7th, day, remember what he said if the oxen had fallen in the water, he would have had to get it out. Something to that effect. I believe we can worship God anywhere we are at, My cousin is putting a roof on for my daughter and he is singing and praising as he works!! God understands that!! Money is tight right now, and we have to do what we can to make a living.

There is nothing in the Torah that says G-d had each day
follow the other immediately. We do not know how long He
waited between these "days".
To revere G-d take an inward personal view point and talk
with Him. That's the only place you need to "go".
