As a registered dental hygienist I appreciate your willingness to get frequent cleanings as not only is it good for your teeth, but helps keep the rest of your body stay healthy as well. My recommendations would be to brush 3 times a day for 2 (yes 2) full minutes. Personally I LOVE my electric toothbrush (Oral/B Braun) since it feels like getting my teeth polished every day. Flossing is fabulous and mouthwash is great too, just stick to an antiseptic kind like Listerine (or generic). As for toothpaste, my personal feeling is that any one is fine providing it has Fluoride. Your teeth will naturally get darker as you age and if you consume foods and drinks that stain such as tea, red wine, etc. You might consider whitening which is fine for most everyone, but won't change the color of white fillings or crowns. The most common side effect is sensitivity which will likely go away. Good luck!
PS - Almost every patient I have has tartar behind the lower front teeth, its the most common spot!!!

Yes, but you still have to get them cleaned every 3 months.

My Dentist says smoking and coffee are the worst stainer for teeth.

two times a year to do verify-up, if have any doubt with regard to the wellness, I basically flow lower back... it is high priced sometime, in spite of the shown fact that it is nicely well worth the checkups and searching after that's good too.. you do no longer want to lose your teeth for pretend ones, it is not any longer a good feeling (so i've got heard).

It is every three months because they notice that your gums bleed to much when they do the cleaning. =<)
