I am a 17 year old girl. I weigh about 170 and my height is 5’5. I am a little overweight I guess. I was wondering what is the perfect weight I should aim for? One thing is that I am big boned so I can never be a stick. My bust size is a C. So I guess these factors add to the weight. I eat quite cautiously and exercise often but nothing seems to work :( Can any nice people give me advice? I don’t like my body… (if u want to be mean please don’t reply)

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

the best to stay or lose i thank is to eat 6 meals.(small) like breakfast; eat whole grain cereal,milk,banana, for snack; eat some apple wedgesand 2 grahmncrackers. lunch; salad and a cup of soup. snack; 2cookies and low fat yogurt; dinner;1ounce of broiled chicken,2 half-cup of vegetables, tea, half-cup of vinillia icecream. evening small bowl of popcorn,unsweetened juice. you may wont to lose down to 130 lb,s i,m 5 foot 8 inches, i look best at 145 lb,s. i am big boned too. there are boys who like all sizes.

heres an advice, if you stop eating maybe your body will eat your stored body fat.
