What are some good foods to eat? Fruits? Vegetables? How many times a week should I work out and for how long?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Vegetables are better to eat than fruits because they generally have less sugar, unless they are starchy vegetables like potatoes. When I want to lose I eat salad with oil & vinegar dressing for lunch and grilled chicken with steamed vegetables for dinner and if you have to have dessert, sugar free jello.

workout at least 30-40 mins ...3 -4 times a week....eat lots of protein, fruits and veggies..u will lose those pounds in no times..if u stick to ur diet!! good luck!! im trying to lose 30 pounds..so lets do it together!!

exercise 3-5 days a week
weight lift every second day
6 glasses of water a day
No Juice, No Pop
Milk is ok; but drink 1% or no fat/skim
No Pizza, No chips, no fast food
Eat from all food groups, but in moderation
Put all your meals on a small plate instead of a large one, you will cut down on calories this way.

If you need to snack at night try popcorn (lower in calories than chips) or try fruit.
