Im going on a trip and i wanna be a lil thinner. I weigh 150lbs and im 5'5. i want to be 130lbs or 140lbs if its possible.

Hi I’ve been in ur situation, i used to weigh 150 now down to 124, and my goal weight is 110, best way to do it is, walking, jogging, swimming, exercise ball, punching bag, sit-ups, pushups, and eating healthy, I’m a vegetarian , so only eat veggies and fruit. But you can lose weight if u eat meat
For example
Breakfast: Bran cereal with fruit
Lunch: Salad
Supper: Chicken with veggies

And two snacks, such as fruit or veggies

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Eat healthy, try not to drink soda's or eat candy. Also, workout 3-5 times a week, and do a lot of running and cardio.
