That is four months!
Ten pounds per month!
That is too fast!
Did you gain 40 pounds in four months?
Watch the size of your portions.
Restaurant food should be avoided most of the time!
You may have to resort to counting calories.
If you are short you must eat less.
If you are a pop drinker, ditch the pop.
Fruit juices are high in calories!
Drink at least six glasses of water per day.
Try the cabbage soup diet for two days per week.
Do not be it too big of a rush.
Any loss is good.If you take it off....
Keep it off!

ok, First...eat carbs in the morning, like oatmeal, eggs, cereal, ...have meat and light carbs like rice or bread at lunch,,,and no carbs at night. Just fruit, vegetables, and meat ,...like chicken, fish, steak. Dont eat after 8 pm. Next...do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day and work up to 1 hour. Next, and most important, weight lifting. Most women think that weight lifting will bulk you up. And thats not true. If you lift weights 3 sets of 15...keep the weight moderate not too light and not too heavy. Do legs one day, back and biceps another, and chest triceps, shoulders. Then rotate this everyday. You will lose the weight by sept.! Good Luck!

exercise 3-5 days a week
weight lift every second day
6 glasses of water a day
No Juice, No Pop
Milk is ok; but drink 1% or no fat/skim
No Pizza, No chips, no fast food
Eat from all food groups, but in moderation
Put all your meals on a small plate instead of a large one, you will cut down on calories this way.
If you need to snack at night try popcorn (lower in calories than chips) or try fruit.

It depends what you eat when you eat. Stay away from breads, pastas, heavy fats... eat more vegetables, if you need to use salad dressing make sure it's oil & vinegar. Don't eat fast foods... broiled meats best, fish is even better. Natural fruits. Nuts unsalted. that should do it. And don't eat past 6pm.

Eat five small meals a day. While running for an hour in the morning. Then in the evening go to the gym. Swim, stair stepper, and jump rope. Most importantly stick to your diet and what you eat.

Instead of eating breakfast and lunch eat a Slimfast Optima protein bar. It will keep you full for 6 hours. Also drink lots of water.
