I've been reading about people calling our troops babykillers and trained murderers, people saying that our troops are mean, uneducated, whatever. They say we are killing innocent civilians without a second thought. We aren't playing by the rules of the Geneva Convention or whatever. Here's something for you: Make our enemy play by the rules. We at least try to fight them outside of towns, away from innocent people. They send children, yes CHILDREN, running up to our soldiers with a bomb strapped to them and detonate it. AND WE'RE THE BAD GUYS???? Come on! We don't strap bombs to ourselves and detonate in a busy market. We don't use women and children as means to kill an American. Why should we play by the rules when they don't?

I like your attitude. We are being labeled the "bad guys", by the likes of Jane Fonda (remember Hanoi Jane), Hillary Clinton, Ted Kennedy, and the rest of the pack. Our guys are trying to fight a war, that has the enemy, hiding behind women and children, and when one of these people get killed, the politically correct liberal do-gooders, in our country, cry over it, and in so doing help our enemies.

Who kills more women and children in Iraq?
Americans?
or
Insurgent pigs?
One of the biggest attacks on a civilian population the US has had was only 24 women and children killed, this was over 2yrs ago and was a mistake.
Just last week, the insurgents targeted a crowd who was going to church, killing 58 innocent people.
Yeah, we kill women and children and other innocents. But, we don't specifically target them.

I totally get what you are saying. I think that part of the issue here is the media and the spin they add to EVERYTHING. Also, people are so ready to believe the things they hear and read...it is terrible. People don't want to hear good things or the truth. It just isn't as exciting.
We don't do what other countries do because we are supposed to be civilized. We are supposed to be smarter and better able to handle the situation without acting like total idiots.
I assume that you are serving in our military, and you should be thanked for your service. If I am correct, you are able to see things for the way they really are. And, you will never be able to get those that have never served to see things your way.

Calling our troops babykillers is nothing new.A friend of mine was working at the pentagon in 68, after a tour In Country, and while waiting to cross the street a couple of 19 or 20 year olds asked him if he ate babies, or just killed them.

There will be collateral damage in all wars but we do not go out of our way to cause it. The enemy DOES.

You are right. We shouldn't play by the rules, but we do anyways. The liberal cowards in this country are just looking for any little thing they can find to discredit anyone who doesn't think like them. Or want to lose a war like them.

I actually have proof of what you've said. I have the Jihad video of the fundamentalists shooting innocents in the back of the head. And we do play by the rules, and we are winning.

You're right.
But there are some disgusting people in this world and it's open season on Americans. That's why your husband is fighting for us. Thank him for me.
