find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

try to not eat extremely unhealthy. delicious snacks are:
--apples & peanut butter
--low-fat frozen yogert
--carrots
--dark chocolate (not the best 4 ya, but a lot better then milk chocolate)

also, try to avoid chips, unless baked. and eat a lot of fiber! it helps a LOT. i am at an amazing weight, and i'm eating 22 grams a day!

exercising is great as well, but i realize nobody likes it, to google the "7 shapely secrets" u do it 7 minutes a day, and you barely move!! yet somehow, people seem to be totally dropping pounds!!! :-D

exercise 3-5 days a week
6 glasses of water a day
No Juice, No Pop
Milk is ok; but drink 1% or no fat/skim
No Pizza, No chips, no fast food
Eat from all food groups, but in moderation
Put all your meals on a small plate instead of a large one, you will cut down on calories this way.

If you need to snack at night try popcorn (lower in calories than chips) or try fruit.
