Your sentence structure is fragmented and redundant. Do not "sprinkle" commas throughout your writing; it is poor sentence composition. It is also hypocritical to put people down who write as poorly as you.
In future,,, try writing the sentence,, as follows:
"How can I possibly help you dim witted buffoons if you cannot properly compose a sentence?"
