i weigh 147, am 5'10, however, i am not very cut or lean, i have been working out and eating right, yet i can't seem to get to my desired point. I have a sort of nervous eating habit and will sometimes get into these eating rampages were i will eat very well for like 2 days, but the neat a lot of bad stuff at one time. i drink a cup of hot green tea every morning, in hopes that it will raise my metabolism
